Remember, a lead will only be interested in a product or service that serves, solves and satisfies their needs – and not merely your need to generate a sale. If this sounds a bit preachy, it certainly isn’t intended to be. Sometimes we all just need to be reminded that the key to successful lead generation is servanthood period. If we’re not going out of our way to serve by adding mind-blowing value through customer experience, a competitor certainly will.
